Bump, baby and beyond
Welcome to the Home-Start Early Years Family Hub in Maryhill, Glasgow! Our Hub is a welcoming space for expectant parents, babies, and families at all stages. In partnership with the NHS, we offer a variety of clinical services, including community midwifery, infant feeding support, and programmes facilitated by the Mother and Baby Unit. Beyond clinical care, Home-Start provides family groups, parenting support, antenatal assistance, and general family support services.
Our Hub is located in the grounds of Maryhill Community Centre, 35 Avenuepark Street, Maryhill, Glasgow G20 8TS.
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00pm. For more information or to get involved, feel free to call us on 0141 611 1340.

What we offer
Community Midwives and the Blossom Midwifery Team
In addition to the services provided by the midwifery teams, patients will also have access to flexible family support offered by Home-Start Glasgow North and North Lanarkshire (HSGNNL). Families visiting the Hub can make in-person referrals for additional support. Click on the link below to learn more about the antenatal services available in Glasgow.

Tuesdays at 12 – 5.30 pm
Infant Feeding Clinic
In addition to the services provided by the Infant Feeding Advisors, patients will also have access to flexible family support offered by Home-Start Glasgow North and North Lanarkshire (HSGNNL).
Your healthcare during pregnancy | Ready Steady Baby
Fridays at 9 am – 4.30 pm
Perinatal Mental Health Community Clinic
These services are by appointment only. Families will also benefit from the invaluable services provided by Home-Start Glasgow North and North Lanarkshire, which include practical and emotional support and support through Groups
West of Scotland Mother and Baby Unit – NHSGGC
Wednesdays at 12 – 5 pm
Groups at the Home-Start Early Years Family Hub
Family Group Maryhill - Thursdays 10 - 11.30 am
Growing Together with PEEP - Thursday 1 - 2.30 pm (term-time)

Dads Rock Workshops
Glasgow North Citizen's Advice Bureau
These sessions are by appointment only and tailored to families with young children.
Drop-in support available – Advisor Heather from CAB also sets aside time for families who need immediate assistance.
Lifelink Well-being Sessions
We are looking forward to Lifelink coming back to the Early Years Hub to facilitate more well-being sessions.
These sessions are free to sign up for, click the button below.
The sessions available are:
- Session 1 – Monday 7 September – Boundaries and Self-Care
- Session 2 – Monday 14 September – Building Confidence
- Session 3 – Monday 21 September – Coping with Change
- Session 4 – Monday 5 October – Improving Resilience
All sessions will be on from 10.30 am – 11.30 am.
