Great to have an opportunity to showcase our Dads work at todays Children in Scotland Conference 2022. With a packed audience eager to learn and share of their experiences, our Dad Matters co-ordinator, David, facilitated a great workshop with Nikki as his lovely assistant! Many thought provoking conversations about dads and how we support them, their families and their babies. We still have a long way to go particularly when “I was made to feel like a passenger” rather than a dad, was a comment shared by a dad in the workshop. Hopefully conversations and opportunities like today will enable organisations to embed work with Dads in their everyday work.
